We're Hiring! Air & Water Balancing Technician

Are you an experienced Air & Water Balancing Technician looking for a great opportunity? Join our team and work on HVAC commissioning projects that meet ASHRAE, CIBSE, and NEBB standards!

Responsibilities:

Perform air and hydronic balancing on HVAC systems
Conduct field measurements, testing, and troubleshooting
Prepare balancing reports following NEBB/AABC standards
Work with commissioning teams to ensure optimal system performance
Identify and resolve airflow and hydronic system issues

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in HVAC air & water balancing
Familiarity with TAB instruments (manometers, anemometers, flow hoods, etc.)
Understanding of ASHRAE, CIBSE, and NEBB standards
Ability to read mechanical drawings and system schematics
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license
